The Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) conducted an e-waste collection drive on October 16, 2025, under the Special Campaign 5.0 initiative. The collected e-waste was donated to CheersFurever Foundation for responsible recycling and community support. This collaboration highlights IIP’s commitment to sustainable practices and environmental responsibility by diverting electronic waste from landfills and promoting scientific recycling methods. CheersFurever Foundation facilitates the recycling process while using the initiative to support their welfare programs for animals and communities. Such partnerships align with national goals for environmental sustainability and contribute to building awareness in industry and academia. This initiative effectively integrates government campaigns, corporate engagement, and NGO efforts for a greener future.
